The quality doesn’t stop after the training process. Every interviewer is constantly evaluated to ensure that each interview is a quality interview. Ten percent of each interviewers calls are
monitored by an experienced supervisor. Each monitored interviewed is then critiqued and each interviewer is given suggestions on how to improve.
